At the top of minutes 0, 3, 6 … 28 (10 rounds; 31 minutes) complete the following and RECORD TIME:

– 2 wall crawls

– 4 sumo deadlift high pulls (95/63)

– 6 push presses

– 8 box jumps (24/20)

– 10 forward rolls

Skill Building

Spend up to 10 minutes practicing pull-ups, (including kipping and butterfly), chest to bar pull-ups, pull-overs, and/or bar muscle ups and/or pushups, including incline, negative, ploymetric, and handstand.
