Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOTM for 20 minutes

Odd-numbered minutes:

– 3 burpee box step overs

– 5 Russian KB swings

– 7 pushups

Even-numbered minutes

– 3/leg lunges

– 5 plate presses

– 7 jumping pull-ups
Each round = 15 reps.

If you are unable to finish a round, note reps completed.

You may substitute 1 rope climb for 1 even- and 1-odd numbered rep. One rope climb = 15 reps.
