WOD for Tuesday, June 18

Strength
Front Squat
3 reps @ 80, 85, & 90% of 1RM

Focus on driving up and out of the squat once you squat below parallel. Yes, the last set is going to feel heavy.

Conditioning
EMOTM for 12 minutes
Alternate activities
Max rep double unders
Max time plank hold
Work for 45 seconds; rest 15 seconds between rounds

Use the brief rest time between rounds to record reps and length of time of plank hold. Begin your double unders and plank hold at the top of each minute, i.e., no additional rest allowed before beginning.
