WOD for Wednesday, September 4

WODs at 6, 8:30, & 11:45 am and 4, 5:15, & 6:30 pm
Boot Camp at 8:30 am

We shan’t be crawling any walls today. You can thank me when you see me.

Unlike most Wednesdays, today will include a strength element. I promise that I’m not trying to kill some most all of you.

Strength
Front rack reverse lunges
2-2-2-2-2

With the bar resting on the front of shoulders, complete 2 reverse lunges per leg, working up to the heaviest manageable set.

Conditioning
18-15-12-9-6-3
Dead-lifts (225/165)
Ring dips

A classic couplet, much like Romeo and Juliet. Wait, that story didn’t end well.

As always, scale as needed.
