Work 30 seconds; rest 20 seconds

Inverted burpees, pushups, weighted air squats (45/35)
Partners take turns, e.g., partner A completes inverted burpees for 30 seconds as parter B rests. Both rest 20 seconds. Partner B then completes pushups as Partner A rests. Both once again rest 20 seconds. Continue in this manner.

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Work 30 seconds; rest 20 seconds

DB push press (65/55% of bodyweight), DB hang power cleans, toes to bar
Partners once again take turns.
