Strength
Drop Snatch, Snatch Balance, and Heaving Snatch Balance

As we prepare for the next Wendler session, today’s focus is on form. You will¬†not be establishing 1RM.

For the drop snatch and snatch balance, work on speed under the bar. Start in pulling position, quickly drop under the bar, and finish in squat position. For the drop snatch balance, work on control of the bar. Click here for an instructional video.

Strength/Conditioning
7 RFT

7 hang power cleans
7/leg barbell reverse lunges with rack in front position
7 push jerks

Keep your hands on the bar for each round. You may certainly place the bar on the floor between rounds. Choose a challenging weight, and increase and/or decrease weight between rounds as needed.
