Partner Tabata:

30 seconds of work, 5 seconds of rest

A. Toes to Bar

B. Wall Ball Shots (10/9)

C. Pull-ups

D. Double Unders
Score = total accumulated time/reps

Partners take turns completing tabata. (i.e. partner A completes 30 seconds of toes to bar, B rests, then switch)

Rest :30 between tabatas.
