Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

Air Squats

– Push Ups

– Sit-Ups

– Row For Calories

– Kettlebell Swings

– Wall Balls

– Burpees

– Bike For Calories


*If, and only if, you complete all of above, you can do double unders for remaining time of AMRAP.
You and your partner can pick and choose which movements you want to do during the workout, but are capped on how many reps you all may perform of each at 150 total (i.e. you all cannot do ab-mat sit ups for the entire workout)!

The other stipulation is that both partners will be working at the same time for the first 5:00 and the final 5:00. That means that during the middle time, only one partner may accumulate reps at a time.
