Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups (5 x 3)

Add weight if possible. Work on strict pull-ups if not quite at C2B

12 alternating seated DB press

10 alternating bench press

Rest as needed

* You hold both DBs in front rack but

you only press one arm at a time for both the seated press and

the bench press.
