Partner Chelsea:

EMOM for 30 minutes:

One partner does 1 round of Chelsea while the other holds a plank
Chelsea = 5 pull ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

First 10 minutes – regular plank

Second 10 minutes – reverse plank

Last 10 minutes – side planks
