Programming this week

Week 28! We’re in the 5th week of the current Power Endurance cycle witih some spicy weightlifting & metcon sections. We’re still using the ”pre-fatigue” method for some gymnastics sections and the contrast method for the squat section.

Monday
• Heavy Back Squats followed by more weightlifting disguised as a metcon 

Tuesday
• Pullup work as our gymnastics portion today with a challenging 12 min couplet

Wednesday
• Clean & Hang Clean weightlifting work then a fun 6 round triplet

Thursday
• Endurance theme continues with a long E3MOM 

Friday
• Bar Muscle-Up Gymnastics followed by a high-volume chipper

Saturday
• NC Special Olympics Charity Event = Fun Partner WOD 

Sunday
• Challenging Endurance workout broken with a couplet E2MOM
