Programming this week

Week 26! We’re pretty much halfway done 2021! Continued Power endurance training this week with lots of barbell and traditional gymnastics. We have a nice little play on “Grettel” Monday to get the week started in a fun way. Overall a great week!

Monday
• Squats then a nice little play on “Grettel”

Tuesday
• Gymnastics on the rig followed by Sit-Ups & Wall-Walks

Wednesday
• Clean complex then heavy front squat metcon

Thursday
• Triplet Metcon 

Friday
• Gymnastics & Metcon today all about Push:Pull

Saturday
• Partner WOD 

Sunday is a July 4th surprise
