Programming this week
We are just a week away from Open week! Sign up and join in on the camaraderie! This week is a good mix of barbell, olympic, and gymnastics.
• Clean AND jerk day. The Metcon has machine, wall balls, and kbs for some good hip hinging action!
•Gymnastics day with HSPU and muscle ups followed by a metcon of hang cleans, deadlifts, and wall walks.
•Squat day. But not just ANY squat day. ONE REP DAY! The Metcon will have dubs, DB OHS and pull-ups.
•Bench press and deadlifts for a double push day and another benchmark.
• OPEN-STYLE format open workout
• A partner WOD with rowing, box jumps, HSPU, and cleans!
•Big “pump” day. Press, chin-ups, skull-crushers, and more! You don’t want to miss this day!
