Programming this week

We are in the general capacity week. For those of you not familiar, CrossFit is based on 10 modals of fitness. General capacity is about putting it all to the test.

Monday
• Gymnastics day. Longer AMRAP of c2b, box jumps, and ring pushups. 

Tuesday
•Squat snatch for strength. A short and fast metcon of hang santch and sit ups.

Wednesday
Back squats. Metcon of running and t2b. 

Thursday
•Benchmark workout! 

Friday
•Deadlift day. Rowing!

Saturday
• Partner workout with TTB, Front Squat, and S2OH

Sunday
•Long endurance WOD.
