Programming this week

As noted in last week’s programming email, we are entering volume week. This in mind, we should focus on what stimulus (weight, load, modification, scale, etc.) is going to allow us to get the most amount of controlled reps as possible.

Monday
• Gymnastics day. Wallballs and TTB in the metcon. 

Tuesday
•Deadlifts with rowing. Mandatory successory after. 

Wednesday
Strict press + push press. Modified Open 2022 workout with thrusters…

Thursday
•Power clean touch-n-go. Metcon of box jumps and ring dips. 

Friday
•Squat day. Metcon of burpees and runnning. 

Saturday
• Partner workout with dubs and dumbbells. 

Sunday
•Long run and lots of cleans. Option to partner.
