Announcement: WODs will be held on Memorial Day (Monday, May 27) at 7 & 10 am and Boot Camp will be held at 8:30 am (as normally scheduled). Both the 7 and 8:30 am Boot Campers may attend the 8:30 am session! We will be doing the Hero WOD “Murphy”. Scaling options will be provided.

Spend 10 minutes establishing max height box jump
Practice headstands and/or handstands and spend 5 minutes accumulating max time in headstand of handstand
1 power snatch
10 double unders
2 power snatches
20 double unders
3 power snatches
30 double unders
10 power snatches
100 double unders
18-minute time cap. Yes, the bar must start from the floor. Substitute 3 singles unders for each double under. If you’re working on double unders you may count double under attempts.
