4 x 5 minute AMRAPs, take 3 minutes between

8 OHS @ 95/65

8 lateral burpee over bar

AMRAP 2:

8 Push ups

8 hang squat cleans @ 95/65

AMRAP 3:

8 OH situps (with med ball)

8 step ups (bear hugging ball)

AMRAP 4:

Burpees in sets of 5
