First, tell us a little bit about yourself. What are your interests outside of CrossFit?

Pandemic bore made me look for opportunities to explore and one such find was CrossFit. Since then there has been no looking back. I love this community so much. I love the coaches here more than any other CrossFit’s around here. Coaches are super supportive and encouraging from Day 0.

How and why did you get involved in CrossFit?

What was the first workout that you completed?

One of my favorite forms of exercises. Box jump burpees and calories if I recall correctly.

What are your current and future training goals?

Earlier I used to train with Level 1; now I’m at Level 2 Rx. I would love to push myself to Level 3 and participate in Crossfit games with the Rx version one day.

What is your favorite activity or lift, e.g., pull-ups, dead-lifts, running, front squats, snatches, burpees, etc.?

Box jumps and running are my current favorite. With respect to barbell, I’d pick DL’s any day.

What is your least favorite activity or lift?

Thrusters; they wear me out.

What PR are you most proud of achieving and why?

DL – 285LB. This is the first time I tried anything above 250 and god it felt great achieving this milestone.

What do you enjoy more, strength or conditioning and why?

I enjoy strength more. I feel energized and empowered when I push myself more each day.

Favorite food(s)?

Anything with Chicken.

What are 3 Fun Facts About Yourself:

  1. I walk on my toes, not feet. I jump, I never walk.

  2. Sometimes when I don’t follow conversations, I just laugh it off and nod my head.

  3. I can multitask; do 4 things at once. Good at juggling work and personal activities.
