I had deemed myself incapable of running even 1 mile, but I was mistaken. After completing a session of Endurance I learned much about not only running, but also about myself. I struggled with my breathing and pacing. Coach Paul gave me the strategies necessary to succeed. After joining Endurance I started to run on my own and even joined a running club. I am proud of being able to run 3 miles without stopping, thanks to what I learned from Coach Paul!
