Today’s workout is one of the 2016 Team Events, tweaked to work for us at CFS.

Metcon (Time)

For time, teams of 2:

Station 1:

Ski or Rower (20/15 calories) each

40 double-unders each

10 squat snatches each(115/75 lb.)

Station 2:

30 med-ball sit-up tosses

30 synchro pull-ups

Station 3:

Bike (50/40 calories) each

40 double-unders each

10 overhead squats each(115/75lb.)
Can start at any station if class size ditcates
