  • Running Clinic THIS Saturday, September 21 from 1 to 4 pm. Reserve your spot!
  • Benchmark WOD “Linda” THIS Sunday. You must sign up for a time, as only 5 athletes will be able to complete at any one time — and each athlete will need a spotter for the bench press. Reserve your time on the PR whiteboard. WODs will be held at 9, 10, & 11. Yup, we’ll be open for 3 hours.
  • CrossFit Durham is hosting the 3rd Annual Xander Tribute on Sunday, September 29. Coach Paul will be leading all of the sessions. CFS will be closed that day, and all members are invited to attend fundraiser for the Animal Protection Society of Durham.

Running is fun! Running after dead-lifting is not very fun.

You can rest, work on a skill, make up a missed WOD, etc. during Open Gym. If you are making up a missed WOD or working on a skill, be sure to have a plan.
