Pull-ups
Perform up to 10 pull-ups every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

Pull-ups may be strict, kipping, assisted, weighted, or even on the rings. Challenge yourself. Focus on form. Make each rep count.

Conditioning
AFAP
30 lateral bar jump overs OR 15 lateral box jumps
1-minute plank hold
60 lateral bar jump overs OR 30 lateral box jumps
2-minute plank hold
90 lateral bar jump overs OR 45 lateral box jumps
3-minute plank hold

Make sure you position yourself so that you can see the clock. If you drop a knee while holding the plank, note the elapsed time, rest, and complete the required time, i.e., 1, 2, or 3 minutes. If you want an added challenge, ask Coach Paul or Coach Jeff to place a plate on your back. For planks, not lateral jump overs or box jumps. K? K.
