Deadlift (5-4-3-2-2 DL, SDL, and snatch grip)
Transition quickly from DL to SDL to snatch grip DL
30 KB swings
Complete 10 burpee penalty each and every time that the KB is dropped; no exceptions.
Complete unbroken reps for Rx+.
Be sure to record weight of KB in notes.
