Partner 1:

8 Thrusters (115/95)

6 Pull-ups

11 Box Jumps (24/20)

Partners 2 and 3:

400M run with 25# plate
Partner 1 will peform the work listed above while partners 2 and 3 run together with 1 plate, alternating carrying it. When both partner 2 and 3 return from the run, partner 2 begins work, partner 3 and 1 go for the run. This continues for 31 minutes. Score is total rounds and reps of the triplet, run doesn’t count.
