15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Athlete B:

20 Cal Row/15 cal bike/ 200m run
Switch when athlete completes cardio portion. Switch from bike to row to run each time.

Score is Rounds and reps of AMRAP + Rounds and calories on bike
