Holiday Season! We have a fun December planned with some giveaways, a Secret Santa, as well as including some traditional benchmark workouts like The Grinch and the 12 Days of CrossFit.   Unfortunately, and it really saddens me to say it officially, but we will not be able to hold our traditional annual holiday party. With the current restrictions in place, it’s just not possible to accommodate a group of our size in any setting (trust me, we checked).  We always love showing our appreciation for our members this time of year, and we will do our best to do that in some other forms.  Again, let’s hope we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and big social events are back in style in 2021 and we can have an epic bash that’s been building momentum for almost over a year!  

Speaking of the holidays, our Giving Tree is back again, and gifts are due back this week. As of Saturday, we have 6 tags left! Grab one with a child’s name on it and their wish list and help a family in need this holiday season.  Thank you for all who have volunteered already. 

The November Challenge has 1 more day left! Try to get as many days of 100 sit-ups as possible. Some of you are closing in on 3000 sit-ups! Impressive!  

Orders are CLOSED now for our unisex hoodies, crew neck sweat shirts, t-shirts, and ladies’ muscle tanks. They should arrive just in time for Christmas. And our ladies’ hoodies are in, and will be available at the gym for pick-up on Monday. Ask Coach Marni to grab yours if you ordered one.  

Programming this week, you’ll notice we don’t have a lot of heavy loads. The intensity is still pretty high and there are some great aerobic pieces in there but your central nervous system should be recovered pretty well by the end of the week.

• Deadlifts; chipper with sit-ups, DB push press, box jumps, pistols

Saturday
• Partner WOD – double unders, KB front rack lunges, KBS, and burpee pull-ups

Sunday
• Hero WOD – shares a name with a Boston Celtics legend
