The Lurong Resolution Challenge was a tremendous success! I’m very proud of each and every one of you who participated. The results have been transformative. I’ll be announcing the rankings later this week.
The first Open workout will be released this Thursday, Feb. 26. As in previous years, the Open will be a five-week competition with one new workout per week. The week’s workout will be released each Thursday at 8 pm ET, and competitors will have four days to complete the workout and log their score on the Games site. Score submissions will be due before 8 pm ET on the Monday following the workout’s release.

So that as many athletes as possible may complete the workouts, the workouts will be scheduled Friday of each week. Beginning this week and running through the end of next month ONLY, an additional workout will be held on Sunday from 9:45 to 10:45.
I am a strong proponent of only attempting each workout once. If you’d like to complete a trial run during a Friday session, you may do so. Additional details will be provided.
→ A Running Clinic will be held Saturday, March 7 from 1 to 5 pm. Class size is limited to 14, so be sure to register soon.
→ Good news! Marni has graciously offered to lead the CrossFit session held Tuesday evenings at 6:30. Thanks, Marni! This means that CrossFit Endurance may be held Tuesday & Thursday at 7 am and 6:30 pm. The same workout will be held during both the morning and evening sessions. If you haven’t already done so, let me know if you’ll be participating. Class size will be limited and consistent attendance is expected.
