This workout is a memorial
workout from Deka CrossFit. It reminds us of how fragile life can be. One of their members gave birth to boy exactly one year ago and was shortly thereafter diagnosed with a sever form of epilepsy with a
very small chance of surviving. After a few short months with his mom and dad, Victor passed away. She has gone through a lot and has asked us to commemorate her son today. This workout
is hard, but nothing close to what people like Julie go through. Much like her grieving process, take this workout one step at a time don’t feel insulted when things don’t go your way because it is #1, out of your control and #2, part of the process to struggle. This is just a workout, we live to love, laugh, and train another day
