It’s Tuesday, so you know what that means: a longish WOD. But first, we’ll spend 10 or so minutes establishing maximum height box jump. You might want to wear long socks. Or shin guards. Or, for some of you, a helmet.

10 back extensions
5 wall balls
10 sit-ups
As always, focus on form. As I’ve said repeatedly, functional movements move from the core to the extremities; thus, a strong core is essential.
