100m 300# tire flips
200m prowler push (prowler + 90#)
300 push presses (45/33)
400m sled pull (sled + 135#)
50 wall crawls
– For tire flips, 1 team member must be resting at any given time. Flip tire from garage door 50m and back to garage door.
– For prowler pushes and sled pulls, only 2 members may be working at any given time. Push and pull prowler and sled from 100m mark to 200m mark and back.
– For push presses and wall crawls, only 1 member may be working at any given time.
Teams will need to take turns with tire flips
