– Front squats (115/93)
– Power cleans (95/73)
– Power snatches (75/53)
150 double unders after each round*
Team members take turns completing reps, e.g., teammate 1 completes 1 deadlift, then teammate 2, then teammate 3. Teammate 1 then completes 2 deadlifts. Continue in this manner.
* Any teammate(s) may complete double unders but only 1 teammate may work at a time.
