Sessions held at 8:30 and 9:45 am ONLY. The 11 am session is CANCELLED.

Athletes will be placed into groups of 5 and then take turns completing rowing and “Sisson.”

Sisson (AMRAP – Reps)

1 minute of push-ups

1 minute of strict knees-to-elbows
