Coaches Jay leads the CrossFit Surmount Barbell Club.
Ninety-minutes sessions are held Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 to 11 am.
The programming includes both powerlifting and Olympic lifting. As with everything at CrossFit Surmount, the focus is on proper form and execution of all movements and lifts.
Our athletes are training for general fitness, powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, as well as the sport of CrossFit.
