It’s Tuesday, so you know what that means — a longish WOD!

9-min AMRAP (in this case the “R” stands for “reps”)
Maximum # of pull-ups (chest to bar/chin above bar)
10/leg of twisting/walking lunges with plate (25/10)
Rest exactly 3 minutes
9-min AMRAP (the “R” again stands for “reps”)
Maximum # of plate pushups (45/25)
10/leg of twisting/walking lunges (25/10)
Complete pull-ups until you are unable to remain on the bar. Once you fall from the bar, complete 1o/leg of twisting/walking lunges between sets.
Complete pushups until you are unable to lock out elbows and/or a knee touches the floor. Complete 10/leg of twisting/walking lunges between sets.
Be sure to keep track of completed pull-ups and pushups. There’s no need to keep track of lunges.
Score – total # of pull-ups + total # of pushups.
