Metcon (Time)


50 reps of the following:

– Power cleans (95/63)

– Box jumps (24/20)

– Sumo deadlift high pulls

– Knees to elbows

– Russian KB swings (53/35)
You may complete activities in order, but once you begin you must complete all 50 reps.

Scale by decreasing weight and/or height. You may also scale by completing in rounds of 10 or 25 reps ONLY and completing in the same order each time.
