Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
EMOTM for 10 minutes
15 seconds work; 45 seconds rest
Max rep box jumps @ 75% of max height
Please be careful! You must have fully extended hips as clock sounds end of interval for rep to count.
Use plates to establish height.
For example, if max height is 40″ athlete would jump 30″.
Note, you must full extend hips for each rep to count, including final rep of any round.
