4 Rounds, each for time:
10 Pushups
15 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
20 Strict Presses (45/35)
25 Banded Pull A-parts (green/purple band)
30 Sit-Ups
*Rest as needed between rounds
*Weight for both dumbbells to equal 50% bodyweight
*Pull aparts to be done standing, maintaining tension in front and pulling shoulder blades back towards chest
