Every Other Minute for 20 minutes (10 rounds)

1 power snatch + 1 overhead squat + 1 full squat snatch
Work up to your heaviest weight.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Air Squat Ladder

Complete 2 air squats at the top of the 1st minute, 4 air squats at the top of the 2nd minute, 6 air squats at the top of the 3rd minutes, etc.
You must complete required reps within 1-minute interval.
