Take up to 30 minutes to estalbish.

MUST be full squat clean and split jerk.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Min 0 complete 2 slam balls

Min 1 complete 4 slam balls

Min 2 complete 6 slam balls

Continue in this manner until you are no longer able to complete required slam balls within minute.
