Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)

5 rounds for max reps of:

1 ½ body-weight deadlifts

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

You may rest between rounds but not between reps, i.e., move immediately from deadlifts to dips.

Record round 1 as rounds 1 & 2, round 2 as 3 & 4, etc.

Deadlifts may be NO MORE than 75% of 1RM.

You may scale ring dips, but may use same scaling options for all rounds.
